(he/him) Ashton Moore is a musical director, composer, and musician. His teaching experience includes Stagebox (London, Edinburgh, Leeds & Manchester), Singer Stage School (Southend-on-Sea), where he was the Head of Singing from 2014 to 2021, and eight years as a Head of Music and Performing Arts at two leading independent schools. His theatre credits include Get Up Stand Up (Lyric Theatre, West End), Play On (London & UK Tour), Cry-Baby (UK/European Premiere, Arcola Theatre, London), The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (Royal Shakespeare Company), The Harder They Come (Stratford East), West End Musical Christmas (Lyric Theatre, West End), and productions across the UK at venues including the Buxton Opera House, the Ritz Hotel, and the Barbican Centre.
In 2025, Ashton was selected as a headline artist for the New Notes season at the Actors Church in London's Covent Garden, and his sold-out concert The Songs of Ashton Moore starred a host of iconic West End performers including Sharon Rose, Rachel John, Michael Ahomka-Lindsay, and Esme Bowdler. Ashton is a former National Finalist for the Perfect Pitch Musical Theatre Writing Award, and his musicals and compositions have been performed across the UK.
(she/her) Biancha-Maria Szynal graduated from The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, London, in 2012, and has since worked extensively in London's West End, throughout the UK, and overseas. Biancha-Maria made her West End debut aged 11, in Billy Elliot (Original Cast, Victoria Palace Theatre), and her performing credits after graduation include Ghost (Ensemble & 1st cover Molly, English Theatre, Frankfurt), Matilda (Acrobat & 1st cover Miss Honey, Cambridge Theatre, West End), Everybody's Talking About Jamie (Swing, Apollo Theatre, West End), Bring It On (Kylar & 1st cover Campbell, UK Tour), and Legally Blonde (Swing & 1st cover Brooke Wyndham, Regents Park Open Air Theatre, London). Biancha-Maria has also appeared as an ensemble vocalist in the 2021 Amazon Studios film Everybody's Talking About Jamie, and as an ensemble dancer in the 2022 Netflix film Matilda the Musical.
Biancha-Maria has worked extensively with young people, with her choreography credits including youth theatre productions of Fame, Alice in Wonderland, Billy Elliot, and RENT. Biancha-Maria is a performer and teacher in extremely high demand, and she enjoys inspiring young people to develop into powerful, versatile performers.
(she/her) Hannah O'Brien trained at the world-renowned Central School of Ballet, graduating with a BA (Hons) degree in Professional Dance and Performance in 2018. Hannah is a highly sought-after performer with a range of first-class dance and theatre experience, including numerous projects with Matthew Bourne's New Adventures (Cinderella - London, UK Tour, and International Tour, and development work for Romeo & Juliet). Hannah is a former All England Dance National Champion in both contemporary and lyrical styles of dance, and she was selected as one of the final 10 dancers in the classical section of the BBC Young Dancer of the Year in 2016/17.
Hannah is a qualified ISTD and RAD teacher with rich and varied experience of teaching ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre dance at schools including LMA London (BA Hons - Dance Performance Course) and Performers College, as well as across the UK for West End in Schools and The Royal Opera House's Chance to Dance programme, in partnership with The Royal Ballet. Hannah is a passionate and dynamic teacher who enjoys working with young people to build resilience and to realise their potential in all aspects of dance and the performing arts.

An acclaimed singer and highly sought-after vocal coach, Natalie Weiss is a global sensation. Natalie has worked with everyone from Broadway greats to iconic TV and media personalities including Tori Kelly, Ben Platt, Katharine McPhee, Pentatonix, Gaten Matarazzo, Chrissy Metz, Shoshana Bean and Cheyenne Jackson. She has performed to sold-out audiences and has led masterclasses in dozens of major cities across the US and internationally.
Natalie’s voice can be heard on The Greatest Showman soundtrack, Dear Evan Hansen Broadway cast recording, The Incredibles 2 soundtrack, and various musical theatre composers’ albums. She has performed on Broadway in Everyday Rapture, Off-Broadway in Emojiland, in national tours of Wicked & Les Misérables, regional productions of Beautiful, Ghost, and Chess, and at the Academy Awards in 2018. She was also an American Idol Season 4 semi-finalist.
Natalie says: I am so blown away by the talent at The Musical Theatre Centre... I usually work with older age groups, but these young performers are so mature, and receptive... I just have the best time! I cannot imagine being that good when I was their age! They are getting amazing training at The Musical Theatre Centre.
